If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days, please get tested before you come in for your scheduled appointment. Please reschedule your appointment if you have been in close contact in the past 10 days with someone who was sick with: COVID-19 ▪ Any other respiratory illness. Thank you!
